My Opinion
As you all know by now I'm a sucker for a good chick-lit. We all know what's going to happen in the end, it's like when you read a crime novel some people will read the beginning and end to find out what happens, in a chick-lit you just need the beginning in a way, you already know what's going to happen in the end.
I have to say although this book was one of the typical chick-lit books, it shows you a different out look on life and relationships. You don't have to wear the girliest clothes or make-up to get someone to like you, just be you. Another thing I really like about this book, is that she went out looking for a boyfriend and it ended up being someone completely different than she'd chosen.
That's one thing I really like about this book is that although it's a chick-lit, it makes you think as well.
To me that's what makes a great book.
There was a little humour in this book and I really liked that. It was written great, and although it wasn't gripping I still only put it down once (to walk home from work).
