Autumn TV shows I'm excited for!

Hey guys so I decided to do a little post of the new tv shows that I'm looking forward to watching in the autumn time.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The idea of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D almost feels like the fantasy of a network looking for a sure-fire hit. The director of the most successful superhero movie ever (The Avengers) — one of the most successful movies in any genre, for that matter — writing and directing the pilot for an all-new original spin-off from that movie? It’s hard to imagine that anyone truly believed that ABC wouldn’t pick up Joss Whedon’s Avengers offshoot from the moment it was announced. Add in the return of Clark Gregg as the apparently-not-deceased Agent Phil Coulson. (info from Wired. Image from The Guardian.)

This is airing in the UK in October On Channel 4, so I will be waiting to watch this on TV rather than watching it online.

Star Crossed
Star-Crossed is an upcoming American science fiction romance television series created by Meredith Averill that is expected to air on The CW during the 2013–14 American television season. The series follows a romance between a human girl and an alien boy when he and eight others of his kind are integrated into a suburban high school. (Info and picture from Wikipedia.)

Sleepy Hollow

Sleepy Hollow is an upcoming American mystery-adventure drama television series that is set to premiere on Fox on September 16. The series is considered a "modern-day retelling" of the 1820 short story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" by Washington Irving. I've read that this will be airing in the UK sometime throughout autumn so I will be watching this on TV rather than online.

Dracula
The 10-episode series introduces Dracula as he arrives in London, posing as an American entrepreneur who maintains that he wants to bring modern science to Victorian society. In reality, he hopes to wreak revenge on the people who ruined his life centuries earlier. There's only one circumstance that can potentially thwart his plan: Dracula falls hopelessly in love with a woman who seems to be a reincarnation of his dead wife. This show will be showing in the UK in September (I think, if not then October) so I will be watching this on Sky Living when it shows.

Set in the fictional town of Ravenswood, Pennsylvania, the series will follow five strangers whose lives become intertwined by a deadly curse that has plagued their town for generations. They must dig into the town's dark past to solve the mysterious curse. It's a spin off from Pretty Little Liars and will be airing in the Us on October 22nd.

These are just a few TV shows that I have heard about and I'm looking forward to seeing in the Autumn time. None of these have started yet and it will be the first series of each programme.

P.s Let me know if you would like a post about the TV shows that I'm currently loving/in the middle of seasons :)
